Salvation

Do you think you are good enough to go to Heaven? Have you ever lied, even a little? Have you ever stolen something, even a little? Have you ever lusted after someone, even by mind? Thats just 3 descriptions of 3 of the 10 commandments of God. No person could fulfill even these 3.

Romans 3:10 As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one:

There is no one that is righteous.

Romans 3:23 For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;

We have all fallen short of the glory of God.

Romans 5:12 Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned:

By one man, sin entered into the world & was passed to all generations of mankind.

Romans 6:23a For the wages of sin is death;

& so by sin to all mankind, the end result was death.

Romans 5:8 But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.

But even though we were yet in our sins, God still & always has loved us & wants us saved from staying in our sins even unto death. So, God sent a substitute for our transgression & for the judgment of punishment we would have to go to & suffer through. Jesus Christ who was Gods only son, took our place on the cross.

Romans 10:9 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.
Romans 10:10 For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.

So, by believing & trusting in Gods only begotten Son, Jesus Christ, who fulfilled all the ten commandments, died & suffered in your place & rose again the 3rd day conquering death; on Gods Word, you shall be saved.

Romans 10:13 For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.

Its as simple as that.

Romans 6:23b but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.

Jesus Christ is the free gift of God. All you have to do is except him as your personal savior.

1 John 5:13 These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life, and that ye may believe on the name of the Son of God.

These words of the Bible are not fake or man made, but are inspiration to holy man by God. This is also called God-breathed. It is Gods personal manual for how to be saved & get to Heaven. It is also the manual to life its self. Thats how much God loves you & wants you saved to spend eternity with him & not be stayed in your sins that you be separated for eternity from him by judgment on your sinful state.

God is loving, but he is also righteous. He would not be a righteous judge if he let you go free with sin stain on your hands. Thats why Jesus who was the only one to live a perfect life was the only one who could substitute for you so that through his blood you could be washed clean from your stains of sin. It doesn't matter what sin you have done, Jesus will still save you & will still wash away your sins. Its not a religion. Its a relationship with Jesus Christ. Dont wait. Ask him today.
