This is how I model a modern roundabout. Modern roundabouts are easy to drive on than standard street intersections. The modern roundabout has a circular island and you go around them. The cobblestone brick between the circular asphalt road and the circular island is a place where big trucks drive on, to prevent accidents. Unlike standard intersections, modern roundabouts in the US have no traffic signals and no stop signs, but it has a yield sign at each beginning when you are about to enter through a modern roundabout. You go in 4 directions: left, right, straight, and even U-turn around the circular island.
