This lovely little component produces heat on one side and cold on the other. In order to get freezing temperatures on the cold side, water cooling is (almost) necessary. Here I am running a 136.8 W on half power (60W), but still getting ice in only a few seconds!
Temperature between the runs met down to -16 degrees Celsius, thats cool :).
