I no how it's done
The wine that is wrapped with cloth has a magnet in the cloth so when he stops pouring and puts it done he does a sweeping motion up, he is taking the needles out. he doesn't swallow them. He also just keeps the string in his mouth then he as a latex skin rub on that you can buy and makes a pouch, puts the needles on the string in there and pulls them out of the pouch
