These things are probably like inside jokes at the mints and money presses in the states. They "accidentaly" hide secret images into the bills to make pictures.. You can also do it with the new Canadian $5 dollar bill to show a guy wearing a turban by folding the entire bill along the kid who is playing hockey's leg. The US did not manufacture this act, it was not Mossad trying to discredit the Palestinians (notice how all the Arab countries claim to support the Palestinians, yet none invite them to live in their country or give them any real economic aid?), and it was not allowed to happen so we could go to war (they could have created justification for that in many other, much easier ways). But, yeah, they are going to give away their whole plot with a new design on a $20 bill... morons. I bet you could fold the bill around into a decent likeness of Chirac's face, too, but that don't mean S**t either. i mean, if it was the amercian govt thats staged the attacks, then there was no need for a nuclear or biochemical attack which would not leave the same effect. a nuclear or biological attack would spread and the radioactive fallout from a nuclear attack would have completely destroyed the whole city, i biological attack would have wiped out most if not all of the inhabitants of new york and surrounding cities, through human spreading. Also the attacks were blamed on Afganistan one of the porrest countries in the arabic world, it is more believable that tey hijacked a plane than developed complex biochemical or nuclear strategies for killing americans, os a plane crash or two sufficed and it gave them the result they needed.what they needed was an attack which was beleiveable as it was, one which would cause controllable damage, which it did, and one which provided instant gratification. the instantaneous nature of the WTC attack left an opening in people, this opening was then filled with propaganda instantly, the shock of the attacks left people so dumbfounded that they beleived whatever was told to them.
