Okay so a lot of people think its a Benry song (and it partly is). But many of us had seen the spoiler promo pictures days before watching this episode so we know what Betty was thinking while she was resting in Henry's arms: She was reminiscing her birthday night with Gio. She had kept the napkin in her purse all night and she felt a bit uncomfortable about her newly found attraction to her dear friend Gio. *sigh* Getty love is wonderful.
