The Eurofighter is both slower and less manuverable then the SU-37. However, like the F-22, the Eurofighter can maintain supersonic flight for hours, though the F-22 is faster without afterburners. Also, speed and manuverability are worth nothing if you can't detect the opponent. The british did simulations on all the next generation fighters and found that the F-22 was overwelmingly supirior. The fact that it is a foreign country's judgement ratifies the fact that America isn't lying when it says that they have built the most lethal aircraft itn the world, the F-22.

There are no best aircraft, each aircraft has different roles and the F-22 is not the best air superiorty its almost impossible to say after it has been in many dogfights, same goes for rest. Britain have not done any test sims, dont use that to make out if the Eurofighter creators agree with F22 being best, and the SU-37 is much slower then the Euro and F22 but F22 is less manuverable in pivtol turning, just cause you seen a few vids of the Su's cobra you cant assume its better. But i dont expect you guys to agree, hell American ignorance hasnt changed at all, and im from Vega's.

The f-22 can get more g's and doesnt need to bee more manuverable because its stealth. the fact of the matter is i would put the f-22 against any aircraft out there. oh yeah and no one knows EVERYTHING bout this jet because its pretty secret.... and one more thing we have much more advanced weaponry. honestly i would put a f-18 against the su37 just for the pure fact that our weapons are much more supperior.

Sorry Serguei, but only one F/A-22 (happened last year) and one YF-22 (early 90s) have crashed. Neigher pilot was killed and in the YF-22 crash, the pilot never even ejected. It's a VERY safe aircraft and has performed as advertised. Pilots love it and the Raptor will do a great job replacing the F-15.

Unless he means the plane is not safe for the enemy. LOL. Other than that, there is not a military plane out that that hasn't had a crash at some time or another.

Each raptor has the cost of around 340million a plane. Though expensive it nearly garentees victory in airial combat. A better question would be "What price tag can we put on the lives of our pilots and the people they are protecting?".

You have been making payments on it. And, also to someone's answer above, I believe that the F-15's had never crashed. The US we're very careful with those birds. Also, these planes (F22) have already seen service in the Iraq war. Something to do with Operation Iraqi Freedom I'm guessing. And to the moron up there, no you can't ride your bike faster than this, actually I'm surprised a total idiot such as yourself can even ride a bike to begin with. And, the US has already bought into this project.

What makes the F15 special is they never lost one in combat. If you look up the home page for the EF 2000 they even rate the F22 as the best. in simulations against the su 27 and su 35 50% is breaking even 0% loosing all and 100% winning all. the scores were.
