    Then notice how the crane crew run over to an unstable load to get in, around and under it, and to put their hands on the paving machine - to look at what has happened. What a bunch of uneducated idiots. It's amazing that someone wasn't killed by their stupidity.
    What insurance company would insure people with so little education or training. Oh wait, Dubai is being built by these people!
    I wonder how many deaths occur on a daily basis in Dubai? They don't need insurance with that much money, and they certainly don't value life, or they would spend some of the oil money on it's population's well being.
