ok a little hard to understand ..
If i am not wrong .. the one to the left of the king is a knight and the one in front of it (2 spaces ahead) is a bishop with another knight to its (bishop's) right. Now if you move the king one space to the right then I dont see how it can be check .. or how it can be check if you move the king between the two knights...
Someone please explain if i got the positions wrong .. its hard to make out with this quality...

  To the left of the king is a bishop, not a knight. The two knights are in front of the king. Don't worry, I thought the same and had to watch it again to see it.
