It is called Alexa Sparky toolbar, it is add on for Mozilla Firefox and it is free to download.
Go to http://www.alexa.com and click on toolbar.When you install add on restart browser and you will have toolbar in right bottom of browser.This toolbar shows you ranking on web page you are on based on traffic that web site gets.
