A lawsuit has been filed against a major seller of home based travel businesses in Illinois by the attorney
general. The seller of travel operates a business similar to World Ventures (WorldVentures). The defendants
and World Ventures compete head to head in the marketplace. The Illinois lawsuit is similar to one in
California that called the travel company a pyramid scheme and seeks fines of $50,000 for each resident
who says they were a scam victim. WorldVentures is not named in the lawsuit.
