When I was learning guitar at 14 I was trying to play "Secret Agent Man" or "Wipe Out".

Excellent! My only critique is she's stares at her hands too much. A bad habit created from insecurity. Of course I did the same thing at her age.

  its better with hidden talent than no talent, she is only 14 years old, she will not have the same accuracy as skilled guitar players yet, but i bet it will come in time, i liked the clip.

No.
She needs practice.
Age is no excuse, and if I were to witness a 20 year old man playing like she does, I would be no less fond of it.
She was off key quite often, and ignored quite a few notes. Sorry kids, but she needs work and her age is not reason enough to give her praise.

  It took Jacqueline about a week to learn (Canon in D). She has been playing since she was 11, I took this video of her to see what response she will get, Then she was picked by yahoo and featured on their homepage on the 25th of Oct 06, caption "she's got Talent" now her yahoo video has now over 578.000 views!!! and worldwide response, Thank you for your interest. She is still progressing.
