I dont think it is a good idea for women to fight. Only as a last resort and then strike and get away. Even Royce Gracie with all the JU-JItsu technique in the world admitted in the end that strength and size matter. They had to introduce weight classes in the octagon, because it was dangerous for the smaller fighters. Men not only have more powerful muscles, but they have stronger Bones. This guy was very small and didnt have the strength to stop his head being pulled down. It might have worked against her her if the guy had got mad and beat her to a pulp. Possibly was a set up as we dont know if it really connected and he allowed his head to be brought forward easily.

Girls have a reaction time that is just as fast as us guys, and im pretty sure that there are many that could kick your ass. Not all women are as interested in certain things like racing or fighting, and that may be why you dont see as many in certain sports, and because much of the world, unfortunately is still sexist. Size has less to do with taking down your opponent than does knowing where to hit and being fast enough to hit said area. (Pressure points, anyone?) If you did what this woman did to a normal, regular guy...he'd go down easy. It's hard as all hell to resist having your head pulled down by the sensitive "baby hair" at the back of your neck, and the facial bones that get smashed to bits there go up and lodge in sensitive muscles.
Not to mention possible brain damage. Yeesh.
If you know anything about most martial arts, you know it's mainly for defense...but there are also benefits in knowing how to completely take someout out.
While I agree with you and this does work on most men, women must also be very careful. I myself have below average strength but way way above average reflexes, so if a girl tried to do that to me (and I wasn't shocked into just letting her hit me lol) I would've easily taken her out.
