With the verification of the Big Bang theory, which maintained that the universe was brought into being with a big explosion, the concept of ‘eternal matter’ that constituted the basis of the materialist philosophy is thrown into the trash-heap of history. In this film, you will see how modern astronomy and physics imply a fact that materialists are unwilling to accept, that is, the existence of a Creator

  • why koran?

The Torah (blble) is over 4000 years old is the basis of both the koran and new testament and clearly states the creation ex-nihilo as well as the bigbang. see mimonadies commentary on first 5 passages in the bible.

  • Merengue - mmmm, yummy!

"Do the unbelieveers not see that the heavens and the earth were sewn together, and then we unstitched them"

This hardly describes the big bang theory any more than a recipe for making merengue might. Anyway, if before the universe there was nothing then there was no allah either. If he was there then where exactly was that 'there'? - outside the universe? in which case 1) he is not part of this universe and 2) that allows for other things to exist outside the universe too so the universe is therefore only part of something bigger - and bingo that ruins the big bang theory!

This is a an example of religeous hokuspokus desperatelly attaching itself to dodgy science at best! Of course when the NEXT scientific theory comes along this guy will be requoting the koran to 'fit' (HA!) that version. My, these guys are desperate! And it does their religeon no favours at all. Poor show.

  • The trouble with science

If time and space exist only inside the universe and our universe is continually expanding then what are we expanding into?

  • If Quran

says everything, why do we believe it now when you actually compare it. This is total crap if people started compare poems written by saints and prophets as prayers. NOnsense.

  • Additional: creation?

Creation of the universe is supposed to have happenened even before time, space and matter existed. But that is self contradictionary, cause outside of time, how can events exist?
It is clear that such an event could not have existed at all.
Neither does the Big Bang theory imply that such "creation" could have taken place.

Instead, some cosmological models can explain the current universe in which the universe is of infinite age, like for example the chaotic eternal self-reproducing universe, which is a inflationary cosmological model (cosmological inflation = rapid expansion of space/time at the start of the Big Bang, due to vacuum fluctuations, regions of "false" vacuum in a "true" vacuum which expand very very rapidly due to negative gravitation).

  • Facts???

This is not scientific "fact" but religious interpretation. The Big Bang Theory does not state anything about a "begin", it just states that the universe in the past was smaller, denser and hotter.
"creation out of nothing" is not a scientific fact, it is directly opposed to science. Science can only deal with the laws of physics. Scientific fact is that the laws of nature does not allow for "nothingness", in every part of space there is some matter/energy, a true vacuum doesn't exist anywhere.
Science does not allow for any "creator" who can circumvade laws of nature.

    Philosophical, please not this:
The ontological question of "why is there something, instead of nothing?" is not anwerable, cause any answer you provide, will raises back the same question. Suppose you answer the question of why it is that something exists with: "because X exists", then the question is re-raised and asks: "why does X exist?".
So, ultimately, no answer can fit for answering the question.

Those that nameth their teddy Mohammed, shalleth be condemned to a life of ridicule and eternal damnation, their souls forever lost in the bowels of the great one, the fartblat monster who created all life from a single sneeze AAAAACHOOOO! (S**t latin for AHMEN) and shalleth nevereth enter paradiseth with 100 virgins, NAY, but instead with 100 gay men all called Kenneth and Gary and such like, and will take it up the bu**hole forever and ever just like their accusers!" AHHHMEN! ....... er I mean AAAAAACHOOOOOO!

  • indeed...

there is definatly a god that created everything, and that is greater & more real than all of his perfect creations

    • I doubt that

If "God created everything", you imply that God also created itself. But such a thing can not exist, and thus the universe was not created.

Other question: when did God create the universe? Since, if the univere did not yet exist, neither time, space and matter existed.

The event of creation therefore could not take place at all, events only exist in time, and outside of time, no events can occur.

    • people are just gonna disagree on this

the people who believe in god or something bigger can accept the fact that there was no universe and then god created it.

but to the people who need the proof or logic behind it, it wouldnt make sense to them.

As is stands some point in this discussion there is something thats not gonna fit facts and thats where faith and facts determine your answer
