It's not fake
If this is fake, it was faked way back in about 1990. (yes, '88-92 were my highschool years) I remember watching this video in one of my highschool classes, and it was absolutely hilarious.

IIRC it was when the dog got excited, like right before feedings, that he typically fell asleep . He'd be jumping up for food, then fall down like he had been shot. Great stuff.

The clip shown is only a small portion of the dog footage that was shown on the video originally. This online clip may have been cut in pieces from the original, but the original source was sound.

It's obviously out there in full length somewhere, but I can't find it on a google search quickly.

This is really not a funny disease
my father had this disease and to us, yes it is funny, to those who have it..its not...it is a very sad disease..stops you from doing a lot of the stuff you love to do. So yeah, laugh..just be glad the jokes not on you.

I once herd a prank call where an old woman called a convience store looking for sweet milk. The problem was she would fall asleep and wake up asking the same question over and over.(I laugh at the dog because it obviously is in good hands.)(plus it's funny)
