There's a very simple explanation to this. Currently in NASA, they are developing ways for man to travel to other planets and one of the most significant issue is food. When he did the 2nd trick he put a gap so that the person can gave him the hamburger. His sleeves are up and Damn! the Burgurs have to be comming from Somewhere? but Where? Usually Illusionist or magicians leave a little wiggle room like Vales or a cloth or at least sleeves down but he paints himself in a corner and you think OK theres no way he can do what he doing but Seeing is Believing.
