That looks a lot less accurate than what...
We'd cut the finger off a rubber glove (like for washing up, the thicker type) and tape it to a pieve of pvc pipe and then shoot popcorn kernals. Leaves huge welts. At school once a guy was just playing with it and it hit a girl in the neck who was like 50m away. She wasn't too happy.
