This is a Brazilian Driver Winning a Small Go Karts race at Monrovia, Maryland. The year is not confirmed But was at the end of the 90's ; the driver do not have use of his legs and the Go Kart is adapted to be controled totally from the stering wheel... DETERMINATION AND PASSION combined...!
