Lets train together to loose weight, tone and get in shape. You will need limited tools, a jump rope, rebound if you have one, and a set of dumbells for Lunges. Level tow will be High intensity cardio Jump rope with breaks by rebound, shadow boxing, knee raiser with a little kick boxing and some lunges. Do you need motivation, do you have a jump rope, some dumbbells and energy, if the answer is yes then lets train together.
