It's quite simple to run a business that makes you happy. All you have to do is provide a product to the public\that offers a real value. It has to be something you feel good about having yourself and something your customers
want. If you have a great marketing system and are able to get your product to market so others can buy it, that's a plus too. The buttom line is are you making money selling a product that you know is improving the lives of
others. Well, does that describe Global Resorts Network.

Global Resorts Network members realized the shortcomings of the Gold Crown Membership. They could secure a $298 a week condo stay in Malaysia with just a mouse click, but cheap last minute airfare to Malaysia from U S cities did not exist.

As the economy slowed in 2008, more Americans were looking for affordable vacations. For most Americans, the Gold Crown Resort memberships sold by Global Resorts Network did not fit that need and sales slowed for affiliates trying to sell the memberships offered by Global Resorts Network.

Affiliates were used to making sales and large incomes with Global Resorts Network and when sales slowed, they looked elsewhere in the home based business MLM arena for income.

Most involved as affiliates with Global Resorts Network selling the Gold Crown Resort membership are not travel salespeople or agents. Their knowledge of the industry and the Gold Crown Resort membership they were selling was limited.

Many of those Global Resorts Network members who were just seeking ways to make money in any industry left when sales slowed. They went back to pitching nutritional products, software, ebooks or anything else they were convinced they could make money with.

It is sad that there are so few Global Resorts Network members selling the Gold Crown Resort membership who actually understand the business. Even fewer affiliates are fully committed to travel even though studies point to the huge growth of the industry for years to come.

Those Gold Crown Resort members with Global Resorts Network who actually used the membership knew the problems. The few members of Global Resorts Network who used the membership know there had to be better options than Gold Crown Resort. There had to be companies with stronger ties to the resort industry in the United States, where most Global Resorts Members live.

Alfonso Morales and Chuck Tomlin did their best at the time to secure a good travel club membership company, but times have changed.

Today Global Resorts Network members want a travel club membership with more availability and more low-cost deals in the United States than what Gold Crown Resort can offer and what if they could purchase a lifetime membership for just $1998.

Some of the current difficulties suffered by affiliates with Global Resorts Network are due to their relationship with Gold Crown Resort. In 2008 (Global Resorts Network) began to face competition from a U S based and owned travel membership company. That spelled big problems for Alfonso Morales, Chuck Tomlin and the GRN affiliates the company was trying to hold on to.
