This is what me and a friends did during hurricane Frances. Even if this is now old, its worth putting up.
The song is one I made a while back, so its nothing great, just filler for audio.

    ... you asshole. I live in Florida and know at least one person who had her house destroyed in a 2004 hurricane. Did those firemen arrest you? They should have for disorderly conduct. Do pranks like that in your backyard, not on the street when the authorities are on patrol.

    Stuff like this is what caused the Katrina breakdown. People are told to leave, or at least be prepared, and then they blame the government when they get trapped. Hurricanes are not entertainment. Heed the warnings.

      there wasn't any evacuation, and nothing about not allowed to go outside. So me and friends said, hey, why not. Why be all scared inside, instead, go have some fun. And the firefighters, they just asked what we were doing. We said windsurfing, they said we needed to go to a parking lot, like Home Depot or something if we really wanted to stay out. They didn't care. And hey, its not like we went and looted buildings during the storm. Lighten up people.
