The title of this movie is Arashi No Yoru Ni, it can be translated as One Storm Night. The 2 main character, Mei and Gabu are best friend. They ran away from their home because of the pressure that their family / pack is putting on them to go against each other. They decided to search for a new land by crossing the mountain. And that's how they got stuck in the blizzard.

I really don't know how well I did in this dub =X, seeing that there is no official english version as reference for. The only english dub of this is by a group on youtube, I don't really like how they voice Mei and they are not completely done with the movie... so yea....
