They scared bcoz they r in mid of sea in vivekanandar rock in Kanyakumari(cape camorin) southern most of india, nearer to them 133 feet valluvar statue shown in this video fully engulfed with Tsunami and they didin't know the meaning of Tsunami , they trapped for more than 3 hours without boat service. I am living in a place 90 kms from this kanyakumari. alex_gce@yahoo.co.in

This one..
was shot in Kanyakumari, the southermost tip of India on the Indian Ocean ... the statue you see is of Swami Vivekananda. I would imagine ALL of them on the rock were Tourists.
