in Spanish "mama" comes from the verb "mamar" that means "to suck" so the correct word for "MOM" is "Mamá"
so google did a perfect traslation, the problem here is that this dude did a bad spelling!!!
The translation is absolutely correct. Obviously the person who sent in the clip knew what he/she was doing and did it as a prank. "La mama" without the accent over the "a" means breast which comes from the verb "mamar" which means "to suck" or "breast feed" This person could have used "la madre" for mother, which is a much more common word in Spanish and it would have translated perfectly. Accents in spanish are very important since they can completely change the meaning a word as it has in this case.

thats because 'mama' isnt a real spanish word and obiously the closest wod to it in spanish translats into breast. and the rest is wrong because all the single words have bin translated not the sentence.

How about in english, it is momma not mama, if you are gonna use slang. So it is going to stay as mama since he already input it as a spanish word.
In good English, mama (mamary glands) means breast, not mother. So when you translate slangs into diffrent languages this might happen.
