I've seen this show
I lived in Japan for 2 years, and I saw this show a couple of times...in this event, they play rock paper scissors and the winner of each roung gets to hit the other player over the head with the paper...However if they get their helmet on in time then the hitting stops and they go on for another round...If you don't get your helmet on in time (like the woman did), then you lose, but the guy went a little crazy there beating her down like that...
