- The guy that did this trick don't know p...
  Water is not drawn up because the oxygent is used up, it because the heated gas under the glass as he puts it over is expanded and when the match dies down due to the lack of oxygen, the gas contracts S**king up the water.

  That's right. When the oxygen used up, the temperture inside the cup decreased, and the pressure decreased which sucked the water in.

  i didnt make it to prove i know physics, i did it because its cool. And you contradict yourself. I said the flame uses all the oxygen up which makes a vacuum, which is does. You even say the match dies down due to the lack of oxygen. so whats the problem? just enjoy the video.

Oxygen used up?
Oxygen is converted to carbon dixoide so you still have the same amount of gas. The water is pulled up because of the heated air under the glass is expanded then contracts when it starts cooling as the flame dies out S**king up the water.
