'less than or equal to' sign is '≦', isn't it?
this problem riquires the 'single straignt line',
so i think 4th is not solution.
The less than or equal to sign in a left facing arrow over another line. Make one diagonal line to make the top line the arrow.

The OR says it all.. "less than OR equal to" it doesn't have to be both at the same time, which by the way is impossible obviously..
Put a single line in front of one of the 5's making it a variable and then solve!
5l + 5 + 5 = 550
5l = 540
l = 108
Basic Algebra. And hey, it's true right!?

turning the first plus ino a 4 works perfectly. changing the equals sign to a greater than sign will require two lines and does not support his request for support of the equation
