Rachel Pereira first studied Kundalini Yoga (with Renee Goodman, Melbourne) and taught in Melbourne before studying Hatha Vinyasa Yoga in Brisbane with Radiant Light Yoga (located on the Sunshine Coast near Brisbane). She teaches mostly in the Radiant Light Yoga style - a flowing, Vinyasa practice that uses smooth transitions and safe alignment so that you can develop an awareness of the flow of energy in your body - and learn to direct it!
