  this is sad!! BUt in countries like INDIA, PAKISTAN, AFGHANISTAN, BANGLADESH, SRI LANKA... There are so many people and very congested traffic that u would wanna jump every red light that u can possibly can!!! I dont blame the DRIVER but the signals!!!!
