    Interesting video. I have not yet used OTO's as part of a list building campaign but I do see them quite often.

    I have a website that is OTO's but without list building in a way. It is sort of backwards. Visitors see the OTO and if they want it they get it. If they do not and it expires then when they return they can read that it expired and are offered the option to sign up for alerts of new OTO's.

    As for Mike's last name I have pronounced it 'Step' for a long time. =)
