by the way, the rifle they're using is a special rifle that doesn't kill, it hurts so that the bird can't fly, and also not poisoned by the real bullets
i figured that from the rifle's sound, i know it ..
if a human gets shot with it he'll only get hurt and bleed for some minutes or so, that means it doesn't need a liscence cause it can't kill
simply, a special rifle made to hunt birds with and only birds, hunting something like a deer (they eat that too) or a rabit needs another type of rifles, some people use the rifle used in that video to hunt rabits, but small ones only
