    Well, the war is kind of war... yet we don't know the fate of the refugees who are of tamil etcnic group. If you refer to David Miliband's (UK) comment on Sri Lanka and the tamil etcnic group you can see, how much brutality they have endured and the government has never done anything to protect them. They may have finished a local tamil terrorist group known LTTE (aka Tamil Tigers), but they have not finished injustice, inhumanity and inappropriate values. Buddha is crying in Sri Lanka.
