Blackberries are familiar to everyone who works in an office but so far Research In Motion, the Canadian company that makes them, has failed to crack the home market.
The Storm is its latest attempt to do just that. It's a touch-screen phone which means that its chief competitor is, yes, the iPhone.
It's available exclusively on Vodafone so now all four major networks in the UK have their own large touch-screen device. Heading the pack are O2's iPhone and T-Mobile's G1 or Google phone.
