He ses his name, boyo-boyo-boyo, mimicks the phone, and ses "sod off"amopngst other things.. He hates my boyfriend and growls like a dog at him. I think he only tolerates me cos I feed him.

  • About picking up "Amazing things&qu...

Birds usualy pick up on thing that u say in a different tone of voice. So if u yell "your a bad bird!" they will likley pick up on that than more quickly than if you would say "your a pretty bird". thats why u should watch your language around your bird and never raise your voice even while correcting your bird, if you have problems with your bird's behavior, you should talk with your vet who will know how to deal with your birds issue. Anyhow, most species of birds will bond with only one person, but this can also vary from bird to bird regardless of species because each bird has a unique personality

  • I don't know

I mean it could be the guy doing it.. But it could also be the bird.. Birds are very intelligent creatures if you give them time to adjust to the enviroment around them. I have no idea .. still a cute clip though.

  • He must be good!

If the guy is a ventriloquist he is very good at it, if you will listen he is laughing as the bird is talking.
I have never known a ventriloquist who could do both at the ecact same time.
That said, stop nit picking and enjoy something funny regardless of who is doing what, that is what the video is all about!

  • auh buddy parots can talk hello

very cute, parrots can learn to talk at an early age you have to keep working with them, they can even identify objects if you take the time to teach them.

    • No that's the parrot.

I'm a certified avian specialist and the gravel-y voice is typical of amazons, which is the species of parrot showcased in this video. I have a Blue and Gold macaw that can hold a logical conversation with you. Parrots can learn to do more than mimick.
