Pull Ups 10,10,10
Push Ups 25,25,25,25
Handstand (Aided) 1minute
Leg Raises (Fast/Explosive) 25,25,25,25,25
Leg Raises (Slow/Controlled) 10,10,10,10

Other Parts of the day:
Push Ups 50,50 (Morning and Night)
Pull Ups 10 (Everytime i pass through my door)
Handstand Push Ups (Aided) 10 (Night)
Leg Raises (Fast/Explosive) 25,25,25,25,25 (To be completed by the end of the day)
Leg Raises (Slow/Controlled) 10 (Night)

2 Times a week (Atleast):
Run 40mins/50mins 5km/10km
