    Im pretty sure the government would have to completely determine whether or not he was truly dead. If he was going to be charged and owed so much money, dont you think they would be the first to get involved? Thats a really hard person to go faking his death considering how closely he was being watched from the media. I mean it could make sense as to why he might want to, but to ask the public, this seems stupid to me. The only ppl that would say yes he did would be ppl who are themselves a little oblivious to knowing how impossible this would be for micheal himself to pull off. What is almost as sad as the micheal dying is the fact that u took time out of ur worthless life to create such a topic. Let the guy rest in peace. You wouldnt want ppl discussing things about u when u pass, oooh thats right no one would anyway. R.I.P........MJ
