Dears as far as Obama is concerned I think from the start of the video till end his eyes were focus on the steps (Stairs) not on the lady in red dress. or for just a moment if he saw her it was un-intensional that is what seems to me.

See his head motion from the start of the video till end it doesnot show anything like we had seen in Sarkozi's Head.
