  secret? To use remote desktop, the other pc has to give its OK, but if you know the admin password, this should be the case.
  I would use remote desktop, too.

This is possible to do a lot easier.
Just watch, not all that advanced regedit cmd commands, just a simple program, that gives you _control_:

simple scanner
in a notepad, write thoose;

net use //ipadress
net use //ipadress+1
net use //ipadress+2

you can simple do it till 255 by using a excel form and export it to a notepad. than change the file extension to .bat and run it in cmd. it will start scanning through the ip adresses you wrote. if it says command completed succesfully, you can access the files on a random remote computer.

I know this is evil.

Be carefull
This could be real or it could be another idiot pranking the PC users. your computer may crush if you carry out the command do it if you dont care about your PC or your so certain its correct.
