can be found at windows \system32\oobe
ofcouse have to show hidden files then you will see it :D

I have moved away from XP in my home but still am using XP MCE 2005. im currently using Windows Vista Ultimate because the other versions are lame.
the only downside that you will come across Vista is the sercurity. it to me 45 sec to delete some random file off the desktop. because it go's through some crap sercurity warning every time you put a cd in to deleting crap out of your recycle bin. Vista is more improved except still trying to get used to un-installing programs out of the Add/Remove programs list which is located in the ''My Computer'' which as been re-named to ''Computer'' but XP is soo old, and good vid man!

Go Mac!! I've been using it for some time now and I would never go back to windows again... stable, fun, safe, great look
