  • Ridley, This is ...

    Ridley,
This is very important. Educating people on how to interact peacefully with Officers. It would be nice to see a more comprehensive and useful version posted. Among other things, people need to distinguish between "driving" and traveling. Between human people and "Persons" and what a "resident" is.
Police have very specific rules. What comes out of our mouths (and pockets) and how we express our position determines how a "Person"/slave is acted upon over a free human being.

  • I'm not sure how ...

I'm not sure how New Hampshire is, but in Connecticut, you do NOT have to complete a field sobriety test if requested by an officer.

You do have to submit to a chemical sobriety test if requested. Actually, you don't have to. But if you don't the DMV will administratively revoke your drivers license.

    Don
p.s. so if you ever encounter a drunk driving roadblock (and are sober) refuse to talk with the offficer and refuse a field test. Cop will usually get pissed off, but you are clean.
