I own a recording studio, and she's definitely recorded that song earlier, notice the position of her mouth through-out the song, as you move away from those particular mics(which are designed for close vocal work) her voice should be quieter and when she move closer it should be louder and so on.....through out the song her vocal level remains constant, I even heard the familiar noise of when your breath hit's the mic eg if you say "pay" the "p" would generate a small puff of air that hit's the mic and is noticeable only if you very very close with no pop filters.
with saying all that, she has got a good voice.

Lip Sync disconnect. Sorry guys. Yes, I agree her voice is wonderful, and I'm not saying she didn't sing this - all I'm saying is it appears to have been a lip sync.
