    Here in the United States this piece of structure would never exist. Some lawyer would sue the first time someone got hurt and it would be torn down. Such fredoms should be taken away because someone, someday, might get hurt. In fact there should be a stairway tax to pay for stairways for people that can't afford to build one themselves. This is also not inclusive, wheelchairs are unable to get access. That by very definition, is unfair. By the way: F#@K Liberal Facism, I.E. Poitical Correctness.
