Stop Animal Cruelty

I say chain the owner(s) up the way the dog was and treat them the same way!!!

for some reason or another the dog is too aggressive, be it because of the owner or maybe a previous owner.
It looks so aggressive they can't get near enough to it to clean around him, and by the looks of him to aggressive to be OFF a chain.
It is very sad to see such a beautiful dog turn out like that. Maybe just maybe these are new owners and trying to rehabilitate this dog, but probably not.
And no i am not defending anyone.

Did you see the way the dog bit at the stick she was using only to attempt to feed or give water to the dog?
People these are the type of dogs that will hurt other people for the way that they have been treated by their owners.
Do you really think the dog is happy living this way?

according to your video the animal control people came out and thought the situation was fine, that means there are some really DUMB animal controllers or they don't know what cruelity is to animals is.

I think they should put the owner of this dog and the dog in an enclosed space and see who comes out alive. And if Michael Vick ever plays for my states NFL team I will STOP watching football. What a scumbag
