Last week we profiled a Republican running for the West Hartford Town Council. This week we're profiling Democrat Judy Casperson who is also seeking a Council seat.

Casperson and her husband have lived all over the world, but they chose to settle and raise their family in West Hartford. Casperson is a former Senior Vice President at Bank of America and an active community volunteer. Now she’s running for a seat on the West Hartford Town Council.
