Here's an informative video on using MS70 on a coin. It's a substance that removes haze, tape, and other substances from the surface of the coin. It's not a dip, but I'm not telling anyone to use this to clean their coins, but showing you what it does. The coin in the video already has a slight scratch, and is used for this reason.
