just work with some numbers !

lets give a value of its fingers...left hand from (index finger=6) ring finger=7 (middle finger =8) pointer finger = 9 === right hand (index finger =6) ring finger=7 (middle finger=8) pointer finger=9 and both thumb are valued 10.....now lets multiply 8 x 7 raise boot hand, lefthand middle finger touch the end to ring finger of right hand, now COUNT the finger below left index,ring and middle and the right ring finger and index..you will get 5...now multiply the above remaining fingers (which is 2) at the right remaining fingers (which is 3) 2x3 equals = 6...the answer is 5 and 6 thats makes 56...the theory is so simple just remember the value of each fingers, touch both ends, count the finger below and multiply fingers above...try experimenting and you will be amazed and you don't need calculators anymore...have fun guys from the philippines....wernz

7= 2fingers,8=3 fingers total 5 fingers= 50. remain 2 and 3 fingers. 3*2=6. 50+6=56 answer!!!!!

in different way.for 6*6,put 2 thumbs together and u get 2 thumbs witch means 20. the remaining fingers with is 4 , 4 u * =16. 20+16=36 thats the answer. this method can only be use from 6 to 10 multiplication!
