these guys know their stuff. their parkour abilities are freakin great. this sport is damn dangerous, though. you need a lot of trust in yourself in order to do a lot of these tricks...

if u didnt know, this video was taken in tobermory. that set of scenes where they are clamped onto each other laterally, and where he flips into the water was called the Grotto, you can see it as the huge hole in the cliff in the background. if u ever come to canada, visit Tobermory and check out the grotto. bitchin cold water tho.

i was a gymnast for 10 years and none of the stunts they did got a wow from me. most experienced gymnasts would have an easy time performing stunts like that. for example we can do a standing backtuck off the floor, grass, whatever, with the same amount of effort it takes a normal person to simply jump. and going off the wall...thats a walk in the park. there's a reason they can make it look so easy...it is lol. now dont get me wrong i thought they did a great job and there timing was nice and smooth. it makes a great show for thoes that havent seen that kinda stuff before. but overall i thought they could have done better.
