u can't scroll the webpage. Simply go to Desktop, right-click Properties/Desktop the click the button Customize Desktop down the bottom right. Then choose the Web tab; there you can add the URL of your fav web and enjoy!!!

than you should do this:
open the desktop propeties.
on the desktop tab press "costomize desktop..."
than on the web tab in the window that opened, press "new" and type in the website you used in the notepad.
the press ok and apply.
it should work. lol:]
if u want to set it back change your desktop. if you used a site that doesnt allow right clicks [like i did] than to make things right go to the control panel and double click display to change your desktop.
now your all set
My background turn out green...thats all change I've noticed....btw can it be my firewall which is not letting the page to be displayed on the desktop???
