ive seen this in real life at around 4 am.. these people just toy with the cops.. funny thing is though.. you can't out run a radio or a helo.

Whatever he was riding...
WAS turbo. You couldn't hear that blow off valve whenever he shifted into second, right after the police got on his ass. Trust me when I say he never even got into the meat of the powerband. Look at the rpms.
