To get the internet,You need a Router that has been set up with the internet. you could also go to a internet cafe or so hotels have to. But if you really wanted to you can scan and your neighbors to see if they hav open networks you could use.but you will NEED to ask for permission and if you don't you could be caught out, you never know who you messing with!
